So here's what my trip was like.
I went alone, so I had all the time in the world to stalk random people and just wander around.

I went to Old Town. I saw a military shop, it looked cool but I didn't dare go in. Then I visited a book store and bought two old song books from the 1990s full of Estonian songs about Estonia, mostly. Just what I was looking for!
I went to eat at a Molly Malone's. There was a lovely old British gentleman whose accent was just amazing.

Suddenly, I saw this really pretty fountain and took a picture


D'Awwwww! They has an umbrella. A good idea when taking the weather in consideration I think this statue was super cute.

I walked around a few stores and sat down for a while at a bench. A Finnish man came up to me, asking in Estonian whether I spoke Finnish. Then he started talking about Finnish politicians and how they are worthless. It was sort of random because as far as I could tell he wasn't even drunk (unlike most Finnish people who visit Tallinn for a day). Well, it's nice to have strange chats from time to time.

Then it was time to go back. I bought a small Estonian flag from a souvenir shop. The boat trip went pretty well. When I got back to the Helsinki harbour I had a bit of a moment when I was trying to find the right bus with some Japanese tourists. I was sort of glad when I understood what they were saying (Eavesdropping? Me? Never!).

The trip was good, although I was beat when I got back home and my feet hurt like hell.
